Hallo $FIRSTNAME$ $NAME$!
The summer is over, in the Alps it currently looks like deep winter. Therefore it's about time to focus on our hobby. This weekend the hobby fair starts in Friedrichshafen (Germany) and as usual Pistenking will show a bunch of new stuff at his booth.

PB 600 Body as Injection Molded Parts
For his chassis Pistenking developed a fitting body of the PistenBully 600. It will be produced as injection molded parts, which enables a quick assembly. Furthermore it is quite strong. The data have been taken directly from the original.
A prototype will be displayed at the booth of Pistenking.
With this addition there will be two scale bodies available for the chassis: PB400 and PB600. |

PistenBully 400
Adrian Humbel (Switzerland) will present the PistenBully 400 kit on the Pistenking chassis at the fair, and also show it in action (he will be at the fair from Saturday to Monday). Adrian added a couple of extras to the body kit and will demonstrate quite impressively what is possible in scale 1:12. Be surprised. |

Finisher - The Never Ending Story
Meanwhile the casting form for the finisher is boken. Also it is dissolving at severeal points, which makes a repair questionable. Unfortunately we did not make a safety copy in time.
So far we could not produce any really usable finishers with it. The long and thin structure with the many grooves makes it quite difficult to produce a part without air bubble enclosures.
Now we finally have to make the investment of a couple of thousand Euro for injection molding forms. This should end the "never ending story" of the finisher.

PB 400 - Resin Parts for the Cockpit
For the PB400-Cockpit casted resin parts are now available for the arm rests, the screen housing, the joystick and the steering wheel. The parts are casted with PU resin and are included in the cockpit kit from now on.
For the metal parts of the body kit we had to place an order of a special production run of structured aluminum sheets in a special alloy for laser cutting.
These and the resin parts made an adjustment of the prices necessary. But in return all aluminum parts for the platform are supplied, as well as working rotating beacon lights. |

Door Handles in 1:12
For snow cats in 1:12 door handles are now available (see above picture).
Two door handles can be quickly made out of the casted part with some drilling and filing.
They are available at Pistenking. |

The sticker set consists of 3 sheets, one each on clear, white and grey background.
Stefan Haase (Germany) undertook the effort to have them produced again.
